I’m Diane — a yoga teacher and movement coach helping you feel stronger, more confident and supported in your body.
Yoga became a steady anchor for me through the many seasons of life — from raising a family to navigating stress, change and everything in between. That experience shapes the way I teach today. I combine practical, science-informed movement with a supportive, down-to-earth approach that helps you feel stronger, calmer and more confident in your body — in a way that fits real life.
